Portal terms

These terms cover your use of the Palette Pro Studios client portal.
Who may use the portal
Only contacts the studio has invited to a project. Access is tied to the email address we invited.
Keep your sign-in link private
Do not share your sign-in link or code. Anyone who has it can act as you in the project.
What an approval means
When you approve a version you confirm this sentence: "I approve <version> as the final color for delivery, subject to this project's payment terms." The approval is recorded with the time, your IP address, your browser details and the version shown. Only a contact the studio has authorised to approve can do so.
Uploads
Upload only material you are entitled to share. Screenshots are limited to 10 MB and common image types.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available, but we make no promise of uninterrupted service.
